Delivery

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or lack of cooperation (e.g., absent receiver), it will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered. For this reason, we recommend having items delivered to a secure address. If your item shows as delivered but hasn’t been received, contact us at info@nightauraco.com, and we will investigate the matter.
